O2 contracts usually run for 12, 18, or 24 months. If you’re still within your minimum term, you may be charged an early termination fee. This is generally the total monthly cost (minus VAT and any discounts) multiplied by the remaining months on your contract.

To cancel and keep your number, request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code):
