📋 What to Know Before You Cancel

Apple Music subscriptions renew automatically each month (or annually, depending on your plan). You can cancel at any time – and you’ll continue to have access to Apple Music until the end of your current billing period.

Once your subscription ends, you won’t be able to stream music, access your downloaded songs, or use Apple Music-exclusive features.

⚠️ You must cancel using the same platform you used to subscribe – usually your Apple ID on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

📱 Cancel via iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Find and tap Apple Music.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted.

You’ll receive a confirmation that your plan will end at the end of the billing period.

💻 Cancel via Mac (macOS)
