📋 What to Know Before You Cancel

Three contracts typically run for 12, 18, or 24 months. If you’re still within your minimum term, you may face an early termination fee (ETF). This is usually based on your remaining monthly charges minus VAT and any discounts.

To check your contract end date or billing details, log into My3 or use the Three app.

If you’re switching networks, you can take advantage of Ofcom’s text-to-switch service to simplify the process.

✅ Cancel via PAC Code (Keep Your Number)

To cancel your contract and keep your phone number:

  1. Text PAC to 65075 from your Three phone
  2. You’ll receive your PAC code via text, along with details of any fees
  3. Give this PAC to your new network within 30 days
